We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All payments are processed through our 100% secure server and your information is protected with the highest level of care and protection.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although an item may be indicated as in stock on our site, we can’t guarantee product availability and some products may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

Your privacy is important to us. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you on this site without your knowledge, and all such information is collected directly from you. We may utilize your email address to send communications to you, but there is always an opt-out at the bottom of every communication.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

It's coming, promise! We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays – especially after releases! Your patience is appreciated.

Generally it takes 2-4 weeks by Int'l Free Shipping, and 2-3 weeks by Int'l Standard Shipping (a 10 USD flat rate).

WILL MY ORDER BE TRACKED?

If you choose Int'l Standard Shipping at checkout, then YES!

We offer free int'l shipping, but it has no tracking service.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc). If the original payment method is unavailable or cancelled, the return balance will be issued as a store credit. Original shipment fees are non refundable.
